Terms of service

These terms cover the Oak Insight reporting service provided by Oak Cassidy (“we”, “us”). We will confirm the details for your business when we agree to set the service up.

The service

Oak Insight is a custom reporting service. We connect data from your website and Google accounts, set up a private dashboard for you, and provide monthly reporting with recommendations. We build it by hand for each client.

Price and payment

• On its own, Oak Insight costs £99 + VAT per month, invoiced monthly and paid by direct debit. Set-up is included and there is no separate set-up fee.
• It is included at no extra charge for as long as we provide you with an SEO service (our SEO plans start from £300 + VAT per month).
• If our SEO service ends, you may choose to continue Oak Insight at £99 + VAT per month, or stop.

Ending the service

The service runs month to month with no long minimum term. Either of us can end it by giving 30 days’ written notice.

Your data and access

You keep ownership of your website and your accounts. We ask only for the access needed to provide the service. Only you and our team can see your dashboard.

What we can and can’t promise

Figures come from third-party sources such as Google and our analytics provider, so we cannot guarantee they are complete or error-free. Recommendations are our professional advice. We cannot guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or enquiry result.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the previous 12 months.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
